Bookmarks Gadget

Save any view within Modern Campus CMS, including pages, folders, assets, and custom reports with the Bookmarks Gadget . 

Location: Dashboard and gadgets sidebar.

Available To: All user levels. Bookmarks are only visible to the user that creates them.

Bookmark your current view, as follows:

1. Click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
2. Click to expand Bookmarks Gadget.
3. Click +Add Bookmark. 
4. Type to rename bookmark.
5. Press Enter to save.

Navigate to a bookmarked location, as follows:

1. Click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
2. Click to expand Bookmarks Gadget.
3. Click bookmark name. 

Edit a bookmark, as follows:

1. Click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
2. Click to expand Bookmarks Gadget.
3. Click the More Actions  menu for a bookmark. 
4. Click Edit Bookmark .
5. Type to rename bookmark.
6. Press Enter to save.

Delete a bookmark, as follows:

1. Click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
2. Click to expand Bookmarks Gadget.
3. Click the More Actions  menu for a bookmark. 
4. Click Delete Bookmark .
5. In the "Delete" box, click Delete.

Bookmarks cannot be restored after being deleted.

Move a bookmark, as follows:

1. Click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
2. Click to expand Bookmarks Gadget.
3. Drag bookmark to a new position within the list.

Sort bookmarks into folders, as follows:

1. Click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
2. Click to expand Bookmarks Gadget.
3. Click +Add New Folder.
4. Type to name the folder.
5. Click to expand  folder.
6. Drag bookmark to folder.

If a bookmarked file is moved or deleted, the bookmark displays an error message.
