There are several ways to see visitor data and use it to optimize the personalization content on your website.

See how visitors interact with your block and text dynamic content.

  1. Republish your tracking code to allow Personalization to collect performance data.
  2. Go to Content > Personalization > Performance.
  3. See visitors, views, and click-throughs for any page with tracking enabled.

The filename of your block or text dynamic content.

Block or text only. Page forwarding is not reported.

A new visitor who sees any dynamic content default or variation for the first time.

Any visitor (new or returning) who sees any dynamic content.

Click-through rate is the percentage of visitors who click compared to the number of visitors who view the page.

Block: When the visitor clicks anywhere on the block, including links.

Text: When the visitor clicks any link in the text.

Click to expand and view the performance of each dynamic content variation. Then, click the filename to go directly to the dynamic content for check out and edits.

  1. Republish your tracking code to allow Personalization to collect performance data.
  2. Go to Content > Personalization > Dashboard.
  3. Click Change Settings to enter the date range for your performance data.
  4. Click Apply Settings.
  5. Click to select site visits, impressions, or unique visitors.

If you have added the Known Contact Personalization module, you can identify website visitors by linking them to the prospect and student information from your existing campus systems.
