Groups, available under the Setup menu, can be created and managed by level 10 users.

To create a new group:

  1. Click the Main menu Mobile Main Menu.
  2. Click Setup > Groups.
  3. Select the + button in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Define a name for the group. This can't be changed, once saved.
  5. Add members by selecting them from the list of available users. A check mark means they're part of the group.
    • Selecting a user already in the group removes them from it.
  6. Click Save.

To modify the membership of an existing group, click the group name > Edit. Select the plus sign icon Add Users to add users to the group and select the check mark icon Deselect User to remove users from the group. Click Save.
