Webcasts

Our training team offers two webinars and one workshop each month, all open to any Modern Campus CMS user, to help you learn about the CMS and how to use it.

Monthly Orientation TrainingLink to this section

This webcast takes place on the second Friday of every month and offers Content Editor and Admin editions. The Admin edition is held quarterly in March, June, September, and December; the Content Editor edition is held in the remaining months. Each session provides an overview of Modern Campus CMS for new users who need an introduction and returning users who would like a refresher. Sessions last approximately two hours.

This training takes place in an Modern Campus CMS sandbox and walks through the basic Modern Campus CMS interface. If your college or university already has Modern Campus CMS, you can follow along there, as the platform functions are the same. If you're a new customer and your implementation hasn't been completed yet, please use our CMS Support Resource Portal to request a sandbox.

Training TuesdaysLink to this section

These forty-five to sixty minute sessions are held on the last Tuesday of every month, and go greater into depth with Modern Campus CMS, focusing on a different topic or technique each session. They span a range of experience levels, from beginning administrator to advanced developer, so read webcast descriptions carefully to determine if it's the right fit for you.

The next Training Tuesday will be held on October 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific on the topic of CMS Calendar Overview.
In this Training Tuesday, we’ll explore the CMS Calendar Module from both content editor and administrator perspectives. We’ll review calendar configuration, create and manage events, and demonstrate how access and approval controls affect the publishing process. We’ll also look at subscriptions, RSVPs, and public event submissions. The Calendar Module is an add-on available for purchase.
