Custom Reports

Reports on all users in the account.

• Username: Auto-selected.
• LDAP Auth Type: If LDAP is configured, the authorization type used.
• LDAP Host: If LDAP is configured, the host name or IP used.
• LDAP DN: If LDAP is configured, the distinguished name.
• Last Name
• First Name
• Email
• Phone
• Date Created
• Last Login
• Last Login IP
• Total Saves: Total number of times each user saved content.
• Last Save Date: The last time each user saved content.
• User Level
• Approver: The approver assigned to each user.
• Toolbar: The custom toolbar assigned to each user.
• Group Membership: Groups each user belongs to.

Reports on all groups in the account.

• Group Name: Auto-selected.
• Member List: All users in the groups.

Reports on all files in the site.

• Path: The location in the file structure of each file.
• Access: Whether a group or user has access. Leave the dropdown on "Select a group" or "Select a user" to see access for all files; specify a group or user to see only files with that access setting.
• Toolbar: The custom toolbar assigned to each file.
• RSS Feed: The RSS feed assigned to each file.
• Bypass Approval: The bypass approval group assigned to each file.
• Approver: The approver assigned to each file.
• Date Created
• Date Saved: Last saved date.
• Last Save User: Last user to save the file.
• Total Publishes: Total number of times the file has been published.
• Last Published: Last published date.
• Last Publish User: Last user to publish the file.
• Last Publish Revision: The number of the last version that was published.
• Last Publish Target: The site to which the file was last published.
• Products: The number of outputs the page produces when published (such as a web page and PDF). Click this number to show the Page Products Report for that page. This report lists each product created by the page on publish, its dependency tag, location, the name of the file, and how many other files subscribe (link) to it.
  • From the Page Products Report, click a dependency tag to see which files subscribe to that page product. This report shows all of the above parameters for page reports for each listed file.

Reports on all folders in the site.

• Path: The location in the file structure of the folder and subfolders.
• Access: Whether a group or user has access. Leave the dropdown on "Select a group" or "Select a user" to see access for all folders; specify a group or user to see only folders with that access setting.
• Toolbar: The custom toolbar assigned to each folder.
• RSS Feed: The RSS feed assigned to each folder.
• Bypass Approval: The bypass approval group assigned to each folder.
• Approver: The approver assigned to each folder.
• Template Group: The template group assigned to each folder.
• Dependency Tag: The dependency tag for each folder. Clicking the tag shows which files subscribe to that tag, with all page report parameters.
• Directory Variables: Shows any directory variables added to the folder.
• Subscribers: Shows any files that link to the folder.

Reports on all sites in the account.

• Site Name: Auto-selected.
• Publish Target: All publish targets for each site.
• Server Path: The server path as set in site settings.
• Server Type: Production server, auxiliary site, or publish target.
• Bypass Approval: Which group has permission to publish at site level.
• Image Path: The path of the image folder, set in site settings.
• Template Path: The location of templates, set in site settings.
• Short URL: What the URL type in site settings is set as.
• Image Resize: Whether or not image resizing is enabled for the site.
• Image Align: Whether or not the align image setting is enabled for the site.
• File Name Regex: If a regex has been set for file naming conventions.
• Match Filename Regex: If the site has been set up so file names must NOT match the defined regex. An "f" (false) means filenames must match the regex; a "t" (true) means files must not match.
• Date Saved: The last time the site as a whole was saved.

Reports on all items produced when a page is published. Typically the only page product is the corresponding page on your live website, but pages can also produce PDF versions, XML items, or more.

• Dependency Tag: Auto-selected. Shows the dependency tag of the product. Clicking on the dependency tag shows a report of all pages that subscribe to that product.
• Path: The file structure location of each product.

• Bypass Approval: The group that can publish each product without an approver.
• Approver: The approver assigned to each product.
• Date Saved: The last saved date of each product.
• Last Save User: Last user to save the product.
• Total Publishes: Total number of times the product was published.
• Last Publish Date: The last time the product was published.
• Last Publish User: Last user to publish the product.
• Last Publish Revision: Number of times the latest version of the product was published.
• Last Publish Target: Shows to which publish target the product was last published.
• Revision Target: Filter results by a given publish target.
• Last Target Publish Date: Date the product was last published to the specified target.
• Last Target Publish Revision: The last version that was published to the specified target.
• Subscribers: Number of pages that link to each product.

Reports on all assets in the account.

• Dependency Tag: Auto-selected. Shows the dependency tag for the asset.
• Name: Auto-selected.

• Asset Access: Group that has access to editing the asset.
• Readers: Group that can use the asset on pages.
• Bypass Approval: Group that has permission to publish the asset without an approver.
• Approver: The publish approver assigned to the asset.
• Dave Saved: Last saved date.
• Last Save User: Last user to save the asset.
• Total Publishes

• Subscribers: How many pages the asset is placed on.
