Workflow Gadget

See all items in your workflow and send messages to workflow participants with the Workflow Gadget.

Location: Dashboard and gadgets sidebar.

Available to: All user levels.

See your workflow, as follows:

1. Click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
2. Click to expand Workflow Gadget.
3. Click the item to see message history.
   • Type in the Reply field to send messages to participants in the workflow. 
     • Click the Reply to Group dropdown to select one or all recipients.
   • Click Send Reply.
4. Click the item name to see the item.
5. Click Back to return to item list.
