Required Actions > Orphan Pages
Use the Orphan Pages report to find and delete pages and binary files on your staging server that are not linked to other pages on your site(s).
Fixes
- If your site uses a directory with

- Saving and publishing a page created from Melody layouts no longer publishes two DirectEdit links.

Layouts
- Administrators and users with access can create reusable page layouts (similar to templates) using a drag and drop interface. When launched, content editors use these layouts to create pages.
- Use prebuilt tiles, frames, and components to get up and running quickly. Then create your own to build any type of page you need.
- Administrators and users with access can control the type of content and type of edits allowed on a page.
Personalization
- Purchase this module to present your website visitors with custom content and calls to action based on categories (segments) of their personal characteristics.
- Import data from your existing student information system (SIS) or customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Use our custom form to collect voluntary information from your website visitors.
- Administrators, ensure your privacy policy notifies your site visitors about new data collection before enabling this module.
Omni CMS Calendar
- Search your Omni CMS account for calendar events, using global search.
- Use CSS to customize the styles on your public events page.
- Add a room number to your location.
- See images, status, and more in your RSS feed.
- When you set filters to view calendar events, your RSS feed uses these filters for output.

Fixes
- In the WYSIWYG editor, you can now correctly delete assets separated by line breaks using the backspace key (OX-7297).
- In the WYSIWYG editor, you will no longer see an asset preview for an invalid (nested) asset.
- See the full, wrapped WYSIWYG toolbar when editing at small screen sizes (OX-13104).
- You will no longer see the Edit menu when you submit a page for approval.

- For previously published files that are now in your recycle bin, you will no longer see them on your sitemap.

Login

Dashboard
- View My Dashboard to see your recently visited pages, assets, components, and snippets.
- Find Configure Dashboard Gadgets grouped with your workflow and inbox buttons.
Gadgets
- See gadgets more clearly in the larger, high-contrast sidebar. Highlighting helps you know which gadget you are hovering and clicking on.

- See recent account actions, like publishes and uploads, organized on a timeline in the Activity Gadget. Click the link to go to a recent file.
- See the expandable More Actions menu for each bookmark. You no longer need to hover to find bookmark actions.
Main Menu
- Keep control of menus by clicking instead of hovering. Menus no longer disappear when your mouse moves nor open submenus when you click the top menu item.
- Find the Setup menu front and center with other similar dropdown menu items.
- Easily switch between sites directly from the Main menu rather than a submenu.
- Use the Help menu rather than in-context help links to find OU Campus support.
List Views
- Clicking to open and close the More Actions menu replaces hovering to find item options.
- For lists that display multiple pages of items, you can see the items shown in relation to the total number of items.
Content > Pages
- Switch between staging and production servers using a consolidated dropdown instead of tabs.
- See unpublished status at a glance, including “Unpublished” for content that has never been published and “Unpublished Changes” for content that has been saved after the most recent publish date.
- Open access settings for the current folder directly from the breadcrumb navigation.
- Middle-clicking a link no longer returns an error.
Page Actions Toolbar
- Page actions toolbar is now full-width with an expandable More Actions menu:
- Find View Published Page, Page Check, and Save Version in the More Actions menu.
- Use the additional Save button to quickly save the page and exit edit mode.
- Maximize the page content on your display with the Toggle Focus Mode button.
- See a clear indication of your current location and links back with the redesigned navigation.
Editing Interfaces
- JustEdit, mini-, and classic What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) toolbars updated to TinyMCE 5.
- Classic editor toolbar no longer contains rarely-used buttons, as follows:
- Revert Content to Last Saved, Cleanup Messy Code, Show/Hide Guidelines/Invisible Elements, CodeProtect, Insert/Edit Form, Delete Form, Insert/Edit Input Element, Insert/Edit Select Element, Insert/Edit Textarea Element.
- Create forms using the Forms asset rather than the classic editor toolbar.
- Mini-WYSIWYG toolbar is compact with a visible row to find commonly-used buttons. Click the More Actions menu to view additional buttons.
- Insert/Edit Video is now named Insert/Edit Media.
- View a streamlined set of configuration options in the "Advanced" tab of all Insert/Edit boxes and table properties.
- Use the new color picker to create custom colors for fonts and backgrounds.
- Choose from additional special characters and find them using a search.
- Classic editor toolbar no longer contains rarely-used buttons, as follows:
Pop-up Notifications
- Pop-up notifications that confirm your actions in OU Campus are compact and easier to visually scan, with links to additional details.
- Pop-up notifications that acknowledge your actions will automatically close after 8 seconds.
- Pop-up notifications that prompt you to take further action will automatically close after 60 seconds. Click the link to close the notification and open the location where your action is needed.
- Hover or focus on a notification to keep it open.
- Navigate pop-up notifications with your keyboard or mouse.
Forms (Content > Assets)
- Get notified when acting on files in form submissions.
- Easily navigate back when viewing form submissions for an asset that is checked out to another user.
Content > Find and Replace
- Your list of search results is streamlined; click Expand All Details to view the text containing your results.
- Your search results will load faster following a search that returned a large set of results.
Reports
Select your custom report directly from the Reports > Custom Reports dropdown.
Setup
- In Setup > Sites, the "Use HTML5 Schema" checkbox is pre-selected when creating a new site, to help your site support the use of current web standards.
- In Setup > Facebook, the “OU Social Page” field is removed to prevent unsupported input.
Global Search
Results list displays content types with no results and allows sorting results by file path. Find the Edit Search above the search results.
Files
You can now upload .glb, .gltf, and .imscc as recognized binary file extensions.
Fixes
- Inserting images, media, links, and tables using the WYSIWYG editor now keeps the focus on the location of the inserted content.
- Insert/Edit Image now accepts all CSS units, not just pixels, for border width and horizontal/vertical space.
- Insert/Edit Image no longer adds

when the class attribute field is not set. - Insert/Edit Media (formerly Insert/Edit Video) no longer removes parameters from the URL of the inserted media.
- Remove Link now removes the link when the link contains a

- Delete the intended content from table cells (

- OU Campus for Mobile is now available. Mobile users can approve content, read and compose messages, view reports, and level 10 administrators can manage users and groups. When logging into OU Campus from a mobile device, users will be presented with an option to switch to the mobile interface.
- The new Tag Management feature allows users to tag any file, asset, or RSS item. Administrators can automatically apply tags to all content within a folder or limit the selection of tags on a per-folder basis. Tags can be managed in the new Setup > Tags view.
- The Bookmarks Gadget provides users the ability to bookmark their favorite locations in OU Campus such as pages, assets, reports, and more. Users can also manage and organize bookmarks in folders for easy access.
- The Notes Gadget allows users to create public or private notes for any file or asset.
- The new Metadata API allows gadget developers to create and store persistent settings or metadata within the OU Campus database. The metadata can be attached to files or pages, directories, users, or sites.
- LDP Forms has received several major enhancements, including two new element types (Instructional Text and Date/Time Picker), the ability to set all form input fields to required, helper text for all form input fields, form success redirection to another page, a per-form option for CAPTCHA, and more. Please note that these new features require version 1.2 or later of the server-side module (SSM).
- Improved the interface and feedback provided when deleting Form submissions (requires SSM 1.2 or later).

Changes/New Features
- The new OU Marketplace™ is your one-stop location for all modules and gadgets available to improve and enhance your OU Campus experience. Users can browse the items available, request new tools, and share these tools with other OU Campus users. OU Marketplace can be found in the main navigation at Add-Ons > Marketplace.
- A new site-wide file size upload limit setting is available. When uploading files to OU Campus via File Upload or Zip Import, a size limit can now be enforced for all users. By default, the following limits have been placed:
Text-based files: 250KB
Image files: 1MB
Other binary files: 1000MB
Administrators can adjust the limits, or remove them completely, within Site Settings > Upload Limit. This setting does not affect existing files. - A new footer bar is now fixed at the bottom of most OU Campus views and makes it easier to perform actions without having to scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Users can now edit and save images from filechoosers within Page Parameters or TCFs.
- Added the ability to copy Web Content, Plain Text, Source Code, and Form Assets. This includes copying to another site within the account.
- Quick Search now includes pagination for the search results as well as the ability to edit the search parameters from the results view.

- The YouTube Gadget enables users to access authorized YouTube channels and quickly drag and drop videos into a page. Search and preview uploaded videos, playlists, as well as any video on YouTube.
- The Link Check Gadget scans a page for broken links and highlights them on the page for easy visibility. Additional information is also available on the broken link such as the status code, its location, and the current text that contains the broken link.
- The Request Help Gadget provides users an easy way to contact a group for additional help at their current location in OU Campus.
- The Page Parameters Gadget enables users to quickly adjust and save any page parameter values from the sidebar gadget while previewing the page. Specific page parameters can be hidden from the Gadget by adding the
