Manage Forms

Users with access see a list of all forms in the account in Content > Forms (Beta). Click a form's More Actions menu to see the forms management dropdowns.You’ll see the following options organized by category:

EditLink to this section

• Edit – Opens the Form Builder to modify the form.
• Settings – Opens the Properties tab where you can change the name, description, embed code, and launch options.
• Access – Opens the Access tab to update who can edit the form or view submissions. Level 10 only.

ReviewLink to this section

• Preview – Opens the form in preview mode. 
• Submissions – Opens the Submissions tab to view collected responses.

FileLink to this section

Delete – Permanently deletes the form and all of its versions and submissions. This action cannot be undone and will not remove the form from the pages it is placed onto.

LaunchLink to this section

Launch – Publishes the current version of the form. A new version is created each time you launch.
